Overnight Youth Retreat Policy
To provide the best experience possible for all attending, all youth attending overnight events must:
Be able to self-monitor
No longer bed wet or have daytime accidents
Take care of personal hygiene, showering once a day or as asked by staff
Bring adequate clothing for weather and activities and change clothing as directed
Youth with higher needs must be in regular attendance minimum of 2 times per month in the youth ministry environments so that ministry staff can get to know their needs and evaluate if there is sufficient supervision at the overnight event.
